Tensile test for 2 mm, 2.5 mm, 6 mm and 8 mm of mooring lines for model scale were carried out in Tensile laboratory, Mechanical Engineering, Universiti Teknologi Malaysia. Results of the tensile tested were used to design the chain-wire and fully wire mooring lines of floating structures.
